Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Items that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

 To start a return, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number and item details. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include in your return package.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear on your account based on your financial institution's policies.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.

Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
